MY WORLD TUESDAY: BABY BOOK

This week i want to show you the books of my babies.
They all were gifts from my sister, Marina, the day i gave birth to my girls.
In there, i write everything for my babies from the day i found out that i was pregnant until today.
I kept the hospital card from the crib, the hospital bracelet, their footprint, the hair from their first hair cut, the invitation from their baptist, the first photo i took at the hospital ( i was the only mum with video camera and photo camera with me in my suitcase, when i went to the hospital) and many many more things from birthdays, holidays and school.
I keep these things like a treasure and i'll give them to girls when they'll be old enough to appreciate them.
The baby books

From Olga's book

From Alexandra's book

From Antonia's book

Antigoni: Very nice way to keep memories for the choldren as they grow.

The girls would appreciate this and in turn they would probably do the same thing when they become mommies too. A fine way to collect memories.

Thats very sweet! One day they can sit with their children and show them their own little footprints!

It's wonderful to look through your baby book when you become older. I know because my mother made one for me many years ago. Your girls will cherish theirs!

I tried so hard to keep up my baby books but by the time the 5th one came around, I never managed to fill in all the details. The younger kids are quite disappointed, I must say. Good for you that you kept at it till the very last baby :)

Seems like I might have done the same thing when mine were born, but it's been to long to remember really.

Nice way to keep the memories together... and the blackmail material for when they're older!

Wonderful those babybooks! I also made scrapbooks for my children until they were teenagers.

Great way to keep memories of your children. They grow up so fast.

How marvelous! I am the oldest of 8! My mother did not have time for such things! In fact as each new child was born, fewer and fewer photos were taken! I hope you can keep it up. I know the girls will treasure it when they are older!

That's a very special way of remembering. They'll be so pleased when they receive them. Is this a national tradition or a family tradition?
Thanks for sharing..
